법무법인 슈어는 결제·조회 업무와 고객 연락을 위해 성명·이메일을, 조회 위임을 위해 생년월일·국적·여권번호·여권 사본·서명과 동의 기록을 처리합니다. 결제에 필요한 이름과 이메일은 엑심베이에 전달되며, 카드번호는 당사 서버에서 수집하지 않습니다. 조회에 필요한 서류는 출입국 기관에 제출됩니다. 자료는 접근 권한이 있는 직원만 열람하며, 여권·서명 자료는 암호화하여 저장합니다. 업무 수행과 기록 보관에 필요한 기간 동안 보관하며, 열람·정정·삭제 요청은 아래 연락처로 접수합니다. 법령상 보관 의무가 있는 기록은 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.

SURE Law Firm processes your name and email for payment, service delivery and contact; and your date of birth, nationality, passport number, passport image, signature and consent record for the authorized lookup. Your name and email are sent to Eximbay for payment. We do not collect card numbers on our server. Required documents are submitted to the immigration authority. Access is restricted to authorized staff and passport and signature records are stored encrypted. Records are retained for service delivery and necessary recordkeeping, including legally required retention. Contact us below to request access, correction or deletion.
