1. Service and order
On your authorization, SURE Lawyers visits a Korean immigration office to check whether an entry restriction is registered and its duration, and provides a report issued by the law firm. This service does not guarantee removal of a restriction, a visa or permission to enter Korea. Additional advice, visa work or challenges require a separate agreement.
Your order is confirmed after you accept the service terms and payment is approved. Opening or closing the payment window alone does not confirm payment. You can then check your order and progress on the website. If someone else pays, the applicant’s own authorization and signature are still required.
2. Price, documents and timing
The total fee is KRW 120,000, including VAT. Processing takes up to four business days after the required passport photos and personal signature are complete. Saturdays, Sundays and Korean public holidays are excluded. If corrections are needed, we explain them; the period starts when the required materials are complete. If the authority causes a delay, we explain the reason and progress.
Provide accurate documents belonging to you and sign personally, matching your passport signature. With your agreement, your single electronic signature is applied to the attorney appointment and service documents, and the authorization record is retained. Submit photos and sign on your phone; information started on a computer can be continued on the phone.
3. Cancellation and refunds
Our service condition is that cancellation is unavailable after payment, including before the immigration visit. This does not exclude statutory rights to withdraw, terminate or obtain a refund. Requests allowed by mandatory law are handled under that law; payment alone is not a waiver of those rights.
If we visit the immigration office but cannot carry out the inquiry itself, we refund the full fee. A completed inquiry finding no entry restriction is not an unsuccessful inquiry. Send cancellation/refund requests with your order reference or order email to jd@sure-law.com. We explain the outcome and process approved refunds to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on your payment provider.
4. Report and contact
Your completed report is available to view and download on your private progress page. Necessary correction and completion notices are sent through your registered email or a contact channel you choose to connect. Check your inbox and spam folder and tell us if your email is incorrect. Messengers are optional; your order, documents and report remain accessible through the website.
Public document verification checks issuance, validity and file matching. It does not make your inquiry result public.
5. Rights and disputes
We perform the service under applicable law and professional duties. Your nationality does not remove your privacy or consumer rights. Korean law is the contractual reference without excluding protections under applicable mandatory law. These terms do not exclude liability for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence, or override mandatory rules on jurisdiction.
Please contact our office first about a complaint. If discussion does not resolve it, applicable mediation or competent-court procedures remain available. Changes are published with an effective date and do not retrospectively worsen the terms of existing orders. Effective: 2 October 2026.

1. 서비스와 계약
법무법인 슈어는 고객의 위임을 받아 대한민국 출입국 관서를 방문하여 입국규제 여부와 기간을 조회하고 법무법인 명의의 결과서를 제공합니다. 규제 해제, 비자 신청·발급이나 입국 허가를 보장하는 상품은 아닙니다. 별도 상담·불복 업무는 별도 계약 대상입니다.
고객이 서비스 조건을 확인하고 결제 승인까지 마치면 주문이 확정됩니다. 결제창을 열거나 닫는 것만으로 결제가 확정되지 않습니다. 확정 후 사이트에서 주문과 진행 상황을 확인할 수 있습니다. 구매자가 의뢰인과 다른 경우에도 조회 대상 본인의 위임과 서명이 필요합니다.
2. 금액·자료·처리 기간
총액은 120,000원(부가가치세 포함)입니다. 필요한 여권 사진과 본인 서명이 모두 갖춰진 뒤 4영업일 이내 처리합니다. 한국의 토요일·일요일·공휴일은 영업일에서 제외합니다. 자료가 불완전하거나 보완이 필요하면 필요한 내용을 안내하고, 자료가 갖춰진 때부터 기간을 계산합니다. 기관 사정으로 지연되면 사유와 진행 상황을 안내합니다.
고객은 정확한 본인 자료를 제출하고 여권의 서명과 일치하게 직접 서명합니다. 고객 동의에 따라 한 번의 전자서명을 변호인 선임계 및 계약 서류에 적용하며, 동의 당시의 기록을 보관합니다. 휴대전화에서 사진과 서명을 제출하며, 컴퓨터에서 시작한 정보는 휴대전화로 이어갈 수 있습니다.
3. 취소와 환불
운영 조건은 결제 후 출입국 방문 전이라도 취소 불가입니다. 다만 이 조건이 법령상 청약철회·계약 해지·환불 권리를 배제하지는 않습니다. 강행법규에 따라 허용되는 요청은 그 규정에 따라 처리하며, 단순히 결제했다는 사실만으로 법정 권리를 포기한 것으로 보지 않습니다.
출입국 관서를 방문했으나 조회 자체가 불가능한 경우 전액 환불합니다. 정상적으로 조회한 결과 입국규제 기록이 없다는 것은 조회 불가가 아닙니다. 취소·환불 요청은 주문번호 또는 주문 이메일을 첨부하여 jd@sure-law.com으로 보내주세요. 사유와 처리 결과를 안내하고 원 결제수단으로 환불을 진행합니다. 카드사·결제수단에 따라 환급 반영 시점은 다를 수 있습니다.
4. 결과서와 연락
완료된 결과서는 고객의 비공개 진행 화면에서 확인·다운로드합니다. 등록한 이메일 또는 고객이 선택하여 연결한 연락 채널로 필요한 보완과 완료 안내를 전달합니다. 이메일과 스팸함을 확인하고 주소 오류가 있으면 알려주세요. 메신저 사용은 선택 사항이며, 웹에서 주문·자료·결과를 확인하는 방식은 유지됩니다.
공개된 문서 진위확인 기능은 결과서의 발급·유효 여부와 파일 일치를 확인하기 위한 것입니다. 고객의 조회 결과를 공개하는 기능이 아닙니다.
5. 권리와 분쟁
법무법인은 관계 법령과 전문가의 주의의무에 따라 업무를 수행합니다. 고객의 국적만을 이유로 개인정보 또는 소비자 권리를 배제하지 않습니다. 대한민국 법률을 기준으로 하되, 적용되는 강행법규상 보호는 제한하지 않습니다. 이 약관은 고의·중대한 과실에 대한 책임을 면제하거나 법정 관할을 일방적으로 배제하지 않습니다.
불편·분쟁은 먼저 사무국에 알려주세요. 협의로 해결되지 않으면 적용 법령에 따른 분쟁조정이나 관할 법원의 절차를 이용할 수 있습니다. 변경 약관은 시행일을 표시하여 공개하고, 기존 주문 조건을 고객에게 불리하게 소급 변경하지 않습니다. 시행일: 2026년 10월 2일.
